Healthy Weight For You
This program is a total health approach to weight management. Over the course of six months, your personal health care team will help you attain a sustainable and healthy weight. At the Center, we start with proper nutrition, emphasize regular physical activities, and address issues related to food, eating, and body image. In addition to a complete health assessment and an individualized weight management plan, you will also receive case management, a self-study notebook, and educational materials.
The Healthy Weight For You Program includes:
